Preface

Our apps are developed on two fundamental principles:

• security-by-design All application, data and device security procedures, are the starting elements of application development.
• privacy-by-design All the application procedures do not collect personal data. The only information collected, if any, is always anonymous. It is our policy to fully respect people’s data. The only information collected and kept within the app concerns the settings defined by the user for the use of the contents and a serial number of the application, which cannot, in any case, be associated with a person.

Privacy Policy for the App Chameleon

This privacy policy describes how the Chameleon App handles user personal data. The App is GDPR compliant.

Data Collection

The App does not collect any personal data from users. The only permission required is access to the smartphone's sensors to allow the use of a particular type of QR code, used exclusively for accessing cultural services supported by the App.

Data Usage

The App uses the collected data exclusively to allow access to the supported cultural services. No personal information is collected, and user activities within the App are not monitored.

Data Sharing

The App does not share any personal user data with third parties.

Data Security

The App implements appropriate security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, modification, or disclosure. The App is safe for children and the elderly and does not contain harmful content.

Anonymity

The App does not acquire any personal information from users. Configuration parameters used by the App are anonymous and do not identify the user.

Right to be Forgotten

The App deletes user data at the end of each session and does not save any information for future access.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

This privacy policy may be modified in the future. Users will be informed of any changes made.
